On September 13th ,the third session of the "Her Power · A Journey of Female Growth & Advancement " course, hosted by the Fucheng District Women's Federation of Mianyang City, and co-organized by Ye Jing's Executive Committee Member Studio ,and Sichuan Shisanchai Guochao Culture Communication Co., Ltd., and with banquet gifts sponsored by the Meijian brand, successfully concluded.
This session specially invited Ms. Yang Yusha, an ACI International Registered Image Etiquette Instructor, and Certified Lecturer of China Federation of Image and Etiquette , as well as A course by Professor Ms. Huang Biying, a Mianyang Vocational and Technical College specially appointed professor with over a decade of experience in instructing temperament , elegant poise ,and modeling. The course aims to help more female entrepreneurs cultivate elegance and enhance their charm, focusing on business reception, dining etiquette, vehicle etiquette, and posture correction, enabling them to navigate corresponding situations with ease and adaptability, showcasing the elegant "power of her." Over 30 participants, including female entrepreneurs and women representatives from the financial center business district, attended the event.
China has long embraced a tradition of revering etiquette and Confucianism, with high demands for moral cultivation contributing to the formation of a comprehensive ritual system. Its origins are not confined to a single object or event，but It is a synthetic product of customs, sacrificial rites, and interpersonal exchanges. From a macro perspective, ritual constitutes an integral part of the national personality characteristics of the Chinese people. On a micro level, it represents the integration of etiquette with physical grace and temperament, as well as the external manifestation of an individual's refinement and inner depth.
In the first half of the session, Ms. Yang Yusha elaborated on key considerations, categories of etiquette, and seating arrangements for the attending participants, covering topics such as the concept of etiquette, seating etiquette, and dining manners. She combined instruction with entertainment, encouraging the participants to engage in group discussions on seating arrangements and having each group delegate present their answers. Everyone actively participated in the discussion, sharing their insights, creating a lively atmosphere throughout the session.
This was followed by a posture guidance session led by Ms. Huang Biying. Physical posture is an integral part of courtesy and a source of elegant temperament. With extensive expertise in improving body alignment, Ms. Huang provided professional advice tailored to each participant's natural posture and guided them to consciously sense the curvature of their spine, the state of their muscles, and the direction of Qi of flow. Like a lotus standing in stillness—rooted in grace and upright in presence—this elegance is cultivated through ritual and manifested through form.
As recorded in the Book of Rites · Qu Li I: “Self-discipline and integrity in speech constitute virtuous conduct .This harmony of action and word is the essence of courtesy. ” Through this journey of etiquette and form, every sister present gained profound knowledge, truly fulfilling Ms. Ye Jing’s opening wish to “return fully loaded.” This learning can not only be applied in daily life and professional interactions but has also lit a gentle yet enduring light on each one’s path toward refining her outward presence and nurturing her inner depth—glimmering through the long night.
This marks the third time that "Shisanchai" has co-organized the "Her Power · A Journey of Female Growth & Advancement ". Throughout the previous events, we have continuously participated in and witnessed “their” growth—from fashion coordination and makeup tutorials to etiquette and posture guidance. From the outside to the inside, from appearance to essence, more radiance and confidence have emerged from within them; more beauty and strength have found balance in their presence. This is their progress, and it is also an honor for "Shisanchai".
