Themed "Enhancing Beauty to Build Radiance, Transforming Radiance into Confidence," this session focused on versatile makeup styles for various occasions. It aimed to help women refine their beauty, elevate their self-expression, and radiate renewed vitality—both externally and internally—ultimately empowering them to unleash "her power." The event was attended by over 30 participants, including representatives from Sichuan Shisanchai Guochao Culture Communication Co., Ltd. and women from the Financial Center business district.
"As Mencius · Gaozi I said, 'The love of beauty is common to all human beings.' And the pursuit of beauty has been a timeless tradition throughout history. As the host said in the opening remarks: 'In this era where beauty is highly valued, makeup and dressing are not merely about appearance—they represent a lifestyle and a way to express one’s unique charm. They help boost our confidence and allow us to present our best selves in any setting.'"
Beauty is not only a pursuit of external refinement but also an expression of inner strength and self-confidence.
The course specially invited Ms. Peng Wenxin from the Shisanchai team as the instructor. Using the company’s Neo-Chinese Clothing as teaching aids, she provided in-depth and detailed theoretical explanations by integrating contemporary and traditional aesthetics, taking into account the makeup and styling needs for different occasions as well as each individual’s face shape and facial features.
The depth of vermilion and the height of eyebrows and eyelashes. Seemingly the subtlest adjustments can transform one’s overall temperament. Similarly, updos and braids must harmonize with suitable makeup and attire to achieve a cohesive and refined beauty.
Following the theoretical session, Ms. Peng and the team from Shisanchai assisted the attendees in hands-on practice, guiding them through personal image transformation. By applying theory into action, they embodied the principle of unifying knowledge with practice. The atmosphere remained lively and uplifting, with many participants expressing how profoundly they benefited from the experience.
In addition, the Shisanchai team has also invited a professional instructor from the Lancôme counter at Mianyang Parkson Shopping Center to offer an autumn skincare course for the trainees. True beauty blooms from within, and only by nurturing it at the root can it endure and flourish.
Afterwards, the on-site staff organized a group visit to the Shisanchai exhibition hall for practical outfit coordination sessions. Using the Neo-Chinese Clothing provided by the company and applying the knowledge they had just acquired, participants worked in teams to create coordinated looks. The session concluded with the selection of the "Best Stylist" award.
During this session, everyone fully unleashed their creativity and aesthetic sense, allowing Chinese aesthetics to shine with unique brilliance in everyday outfits. Each group's styling had its own distinctive highlights, showcasing their unique understanding and interpretation of beauty.
Amid the laughter and joy, we saw not only the smiles on the faces of our sister trainees but also their tangible growth and the sparkle in their eyes. The dual responsibilities of work and family have made beauty seem almost like a luxury. Yet beauty is anything but extravagant — it has always been hidden within every heart, waiting to be awakened, waiting to shine.
Shisanchai is deeply honored to have received this opportunity from the Fucheng District Women's Federation and the City's Association of Women Entrepreneurs. This platform has empowered us to convey to them—and to all women—that the radiance built from beauty is named "confidence."
The right techniques, a suitable style, and a touch of motivation to pursue beauty — these elements combined are enough to help "her" radiance shine again and to bring "her" inner and outer self into a new balance, making her stronger than ever.
This is a woman's "beauty"， and also her "strength".
